The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a lovely area. Good location. the staff were polite. Hostal Las Puertas in Santa Ana is a great place to stay, offering a lovely base to explore the area with its convenient location and friendly staff.

the staff was affable and really friendly - we would want to stay there again. our stay here was pleasant, nice place for exploring santa ana. had a triple room, and we really enjoyed it. walking distance to a bus station, the location was incredible and magnificent, in the centre of the city.

The hotel is in a great location, really close to the City Center. Various bus stops for trips to volcan Santa Ana and ruta Flores are nearby. the staff and people were friendly.

This place has an excellent location, just a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful 14th-century tower.

The location of the hotel is amazing! You can easily walk to the city center, where you'll find the cathedral, main theater, and plenty of restaurants, banks. It's really convenient to have everything within walking distance.

One downside is that the rooms can be quite dark. It would be nice to have more natural light in the rooms to create a brighter atmosphere.

The room was spacious and had climate control, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area, and the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was reasonably clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Hostal Las Puertas in Santa Ana! The value for money was great, with spacious rooms and excellent hot showers. The location was perfect, close to the town center yet peaceful and quiet. The staff, especially Doris, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from offering more variety.
